Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Operator to join a leading facilities maintenance project . The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and controlling building management systems to ensure the efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and other building services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BMS software, control panels, alarms, sensors, and building automation systems. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to system faults and operational requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of building services.
• Monitor HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, electrical systems, and other connected equipment through the BMS platform.
• Identify system alarms, analyze operational faults, and coordinate with maintenance technicians for timely corrective action.
• Maintain BMS logs, alarm reports, equipment status records, and daily operational reports.
• Monitor energy consumption, system performance, and equipment operating parameters to support energy efficiency and preventive maintenance.
