Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive BMS (Building Management System) Operator to join a leading facilities management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Building Management Systems to ensure the efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BMS platforms, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong understanding of building operations
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient performance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and utility systems.
• Monitor system alarms, identify faults, and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely corrective actions.
• Perform routine system checks, maintain operational logs, and prepare daily performance reports.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and support testing and commissioning of BMS-controlled equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and operational procedures while maintaining uninterrupted building services.
