Job Description
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR functions in a manufacturing environment. This includes handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding (job postings, scheduling interviews, documentation)
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files)
• Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and overtime data
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory regulations)
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory regulations)
• Maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
