Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Heavy Equipment Supervisor to support the management of heavy equipment maintenance operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in supervising technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in workshop or field maintenance environments
Responsibilities
• Assist in supervising maintenance and repair activities for heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Support fault diagnosis and oversee repairs involving diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Monitor technician performance, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, workshop procedures, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
