We are Seeking a Experienced Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural aspects of construction projects. The role ensures designs are functional, safe, and compliant with client requirements, project specifications, and Saudi building regulations
Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Prepare concept designs, 3D models, and presentation materials
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design accuracy
• Review shop drawings and monitor site execution as per design
