We are hiring skilled Steel Fixer Foremen in construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in supervising steel fixers, coordinating manpower, and managing daily reinforcement works. Candidates must be experienced in rebar cutting, bending, fixing, and installation according to structural drawings and project specifications. Strong leadership, attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality are essential
Responsibilities
• Supervise steel fixers and allocate daily reinforcement work.
• Coordinate manpower, reinforcement materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure rebar cutting, bending, and fixing follow structural drawings.
• Inspect reinforcement placement, spacing, alignment, and tying.
• Maintain quality, safety, productivity, and proper site housekeeping.
