We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee overall showroom operations . The role involves driving sales performance, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring profitability (P&L) while delivering excellent customer service
Responsibilities
• Manage overall showroom operations and daily activities
• Drive sales targets and achieve revenue goals
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment
• Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) and control operational costs
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
