A highly experienced and design-driven Senior Architect responsible for leading architectural planning, design development, and project execution across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects aligned with client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
Responsibilities
• Lead concept development, schematic design, and detailed design stages
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams
• Conduct client meetings and present design proposals

Experience Required
