Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Salesman to promote and sell construction-related products/services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction sector.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in construction projects
• Meet contractors, builders, architects, and developers to promote products/services
• Present product specifications, pricing, and proposals to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
