Job Description
We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Riggers for a leading construction project . The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, securing, lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment using approved rigging tools and lifting accessories. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging equipment, load calculations, and safe work practices. This role requires physical fitness, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and strict compliance with lifting and workplace safety regulations
Responsibilities
• Inspect and prepare slings, shackles, hooks, chains, wire ropes, and other lifting accessories before use.
• Secure and guide loads safely during lifting, shifting, and positioning operations.
• Assist crane operators by providing approved hand signals and maintaining clear communication.
• Calculate or verify load weight, lifting capacity, center of gravity, and safe lifting arrangements.
• Follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments, and company HSE procedures at all times.
