Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and improving overall guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing all hotel departments smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations and staff performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle reservations, front office, and housekeeping coordination
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues
