Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks, trailers, tippers, and construction transport vehicles. The candidate will ensure maximum fleet availability and minimal downtime for project operations
Responsibilities
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy vehicles
• Repair and maintain trucks, trailers, tippers, tankers, and buses
• Inspect hydraulic systems, air brake systems, and suspension systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures
• Coordinate with storekeeper for spare parts and inventory needs

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–6 years
Required Skills
Experience with construction fleet vehicles is highly preferred
Heavy vehicle engine repair and overhaul
Hydraulic and air brake system maintenance
Problem-solving and teamwork
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty systems
