Job Description
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the hotel. This role owns the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, maintains brand standards, and manages relationships with ownership and stakeholders. The GM drives financial performance while upholding the service standards expected of a luxury (5-star) property.

• Lead overall hotel operations ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
Min 10 years

Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience
Excellent financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
