We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, efficient operations, and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback/complaints
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control
• Lead, train, and manage hotel staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
• Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations
