Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
• Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
• Optimize product listings using SEO and keyword strategies
