Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The candidate will ensure data accuracy, support users, generate reports, and improve CRM processes to enhance customer engagement and business efficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data, leads, contacts, and sales pipelines
• Generate reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and management teams
• Customize CRM workflows, fields, and modules as per business requirements
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and regular database updates
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
