Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, manage workers, and ensure that all work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The candidate will act as a key link between site workers and engineers/project management
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage
• Conduct quality checks and report defects or issues
