Job Description
We are hiring skilled Civil Foremen in construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in supervising civil workers, coordinating manpower, materials, and daily site activities. Candidates must be capable of executing masonry, concrete, finishing, and general civil works according to drawings and site instructions. Strong leadership, safety awareness, and commitment to quality and timely project completion are essential.
Responsibilities
• Supervise masons, helpers, and other civil workers on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and coordinate manpower, materials, and tools.
• Ensure civil works are executed according to drawings and site instructions.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, and daily work progress.
