We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in smart home automation, security systems, HVAC, and fire protection solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets
Responsibilities
• Promote company solutions including automation, security, HVAC, and fire protection systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful project execution

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–6 years
Required Skills
Experience in business development or sales (preferably in automation, MEP, or security systems)
Knowledge of the Oman/GCC market is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
