Role Overview & Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote company products/services, and generate leads. The role involves explaining offerings to potential customers, maintaining call records, and following up on leads to support sales conversion. The candidate should have good communication skills and a persuasive speaking ability
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries
• Follow up on leads and maintain client communication records
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Update CRM/database with accurate customer information
