Role Overview & Description
We are hiring a Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support customer engagement activities. The role involves explaining products or services, handling customer inquiries, maintaining call records, and supporting sales or customer service operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records and update customer databases
• Achieve daily call and lead generation targets
