Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff supervision
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising
• Handle cash management, billing, and financial reporting
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
Required Skills & Expertise
Problem Solving
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
