Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally • Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
