We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support sales activities, assist customers, and maintain smooth daily retail operations efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication abilities, customer-handling skills, and the capability to work in fast-paced retail environments. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining product displays, supporting billing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards while contributing to store sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchasing decisions professionally • Support daily sales activities and help achieve store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals • Maintain product displays, shelf arrangement, and stock organization according to store standards • Coordinate with billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth retail and sales operations • Handle customer concerns courteously and support overall store service activities efficiently
