We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to promote products, assist customers, and support daily retail sales activities efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication abilities, customer-handling skills, and the capability to achieve sales targets in a professional retail environment. The role involves managing customer relationships, maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to store sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchasing decisions professionally • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective retail sales and customer engagement activities • Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and showroom presentation according to company standards • Handle billing support, customer follow-ups, and after-sales service activities efficiently • Coordinate with inventory and store teams to ensure product availability and smooth retail operations
