Role Overview & Description
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee store operations, manage sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service across retail activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, retail management expertise, and experience handling inventory, staff supervision, and customer relationship management professionally. The role involves monitoring sales targets, coordinating store operations, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring smooth retail workflow while maintaining high operational and customer service standards.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Manage daily retail operations including sales activities, inventory control, and customer service management
• Supervise store staff, monitor performance, and ensure efficient workflow and operational productivity
• Monitor sales targets, revenue performance, and implement strategies to improve retail business growth
• Coordinate merchandising, promotional activities, and stock replenishment operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and customer service quality procedures
