Role Overview & Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join a leading Facilities Management company in Oman. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and protective coatings, and maintaining the appearance of residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing techniques while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, metal structures, and other surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks before painting.
• Apply primer, paint, varnish, enamel, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-up work, and repainting of buildings and facility assets.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensure smooth finishes, and maintain company quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain painting tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
