Role Overview & Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our IT Support Company in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide reliable technical support to clients
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Perform installation and troubleshooting of IP cameras, analog cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
Configure network settings, IP addresses, and remote viewing applications.
Diagnose and resolve CCTV system faults, connectivity issues, and recording problems.
Perform routine maintenance, system testing, and repairs.
