Role Overview & Description
Responsible for monitoring and operating Building Management Systems (BMS).
Monitor HVAC, electrical systems, alarms and building parameters.
Identify abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance technicians.
Maintain BMS logs, records and daily operational reports.
